Meet Joey Rafaeli, Founding Partner of Rafaeli Law PLLC
Attorney Joey Rafaeli represents individuals injured as a result of other people’s negligence and whose claims have been denied by their home insurance company. Joey is an aggressive attorney that handles all types of cases including car accidents, slip and falls, Uber and Lyft accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, bus accidents, trucking accidents, and property damage cases for both commercial and residential properties. Joey is an experienced Florida attorney that is willing to fight to get his clients the best outcome possible.
Joey started his legal career representing the masses in large class action cases against automobile manufacturers, breast implant producers, food producers, and large pharmaceutical companies. He enjoyed representing large groups of people but decided he wanted to help his clients on a more personal level and founded Rafaeli Law, PLLC in an effort to provide his clients with the highest levels of attention and service.
Prior to representing plaintiffs in class action litigation, Joey attended The University of Miami School of Law with a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. While in law school, Joey clerked for a number of local law firms getting hands-on experience in financial arbitration, class action, criminal defense, personal injury, business litigation, and wrongful death. Joey was also a member of The University of Miami Business Law Review. His persistence and determination led Joey to graduate with Cum Laude honors.
Prior to law school, Joey graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, magna cum laude, making the Dean’s List every single semester.
